Tonight's leak behind the pin setters wasn't by the freight elevator, instead it was further down next to the water lines. It appeared to be coming in from the black pipe in the wall from all around it's mounting bolts. I wrapped a towel around it to try and slow the flow of water and have it run down the wall.
