Long Description of Problem: 

Called Mikey to reset the east elevator just after 5pm due to taking a customer up to business office and it dropping a foot then leveling out and clearing floor selection within the elevator. Since we weren't stuck on it he opted not to reset it. The elevator did this again to Nelson later, but didn't allow him to select a floor and he had to use the door open button. By 8pm the elevator seemed to be completely unresponsive.
