Team, In room 217 (Veterans Center), the heat doesn't stay in the room. When our door is closed overnight, the room stays warm. However, when we come in and open up the office, the heat dissipates quickly and doesn't warm up during the day. When possible, please come by and check the airflow to the HVAC return/blower. I think its location negatively affects the heat in our area. Additionally, there is a 1/2 to 3/4 inch gap between the floor and the emergency exit door at the rear of our facility. This may be a way the cold air enters our office area and the air flow draws the cold air from. Thank you! Kevin
