Union Adopts New Event Management System

The K-State Student Union has adopted a new event management and reservation system.

Mazévo, the new platform, replaces the former EMS tool and offers a more streamlined process along with an enhanced customer experience.

All existing event information—including notes and details—has been transferred to Mazévo. No action is needed for events that have already been scheduled and confirmed.

Mazévo enables users to:

·       Use Kansas State University Single Sign On for instant account creation and password management.

·       Access all events for your member organizations without being the event creator.

·       Check room availability.

·       Submit space requests from a computer or mobile device.

·       Get real-time information on details and event status. 

·       Update space request details.

To Access Mazévo:

Go to mymazevo.com and put in your email address.  Users with a ksu.edu or k-state.edu email will be taken to the K-State single sign on page. Customers utilizing an external email like gmail.com need to contact the Union to receive a password reset for access to Mazévo.

Clients who bookmarked the link reservations.union.ksu.edu will need to update to union.k-state.edu/book-a-space for a direct link to the new system.
