I've got a door counter with 4 holes in the corner for mounting to the ceiling. The spot i need to mount it in front of the exit sign at the east entrance is solid concrete though. I think it would be easier to make a wooden plate mount the plate with concrete screws and then screw to it. It could be mounted directly to the concrete but its only plastic and it may crack if tightened too much.
