Long Description of Problem:
The dish machine is consistently not meeting required temperatures to meet health and safety mandates. EcoSure, a third party auditor for CFA was in last week and marked an immediate deficiency because the machine would not reach the correct rinse temp. If the KDA (health inspection) finds the same temperature issue, they will shut the operation down.
