The dishwashing machine in the north catering kitchen does not reach the required temp for the rinse cycle that is necessary to meet KDA Health Dept safety. The temp on the rinse cycle needs to be at 180 degrees. I have attached the latest Ecolab report showing the cycles have met temp requirements less than 75% of the time.
