Ecolab found in their inspection that the water temperature was only meeting KDA requirements about half of the time on the dishwasher in the Bluemont kitchen. The water temp needs to be at 180 degrees for rinse cycle. Please turn the water temperature up that is going to the machine. Also, please turn up the temperature on the booster tank.
