The walk in cooler at Just Salad is not holding temp. The outside thermometer shows 37-38 degrees. The inside thermometers read 40-44 depending upon the time checked and location in cooler. This is with the cooler being empty. Just Salad was cited by the health inspector for not being at temp (about a month ago). The health inspector will need to approve of the unit before we can open on June 4. The health inspector advised me about the cooler.
