K-State Student Union Ambassadors:

The purpose of the K-State Student Union Ambassador Program is to provide outstanding student leaders with the opportunity to become a liaison with prospective students, on-campus organizations and the Manhattan/K-State community as a whole to promote the K-State Student Union.

Applications may be picked up at the K-State Student Union Human Resource Office or by clicking on Ambassador Application(pdf) or Ambassador Application(doc).

Applications will be screened and interviews conducted by a committee of Student Union staff members, Union Program Council students and Union Governing Board members.

Applications may be submitted to the K-State Student Union Human Resource Office or mailed to:

Upon selection, Student Ambassadors will:

-attend community meetings on behalf of the Union

-assist the Union Program Council with high-profile events, including Family Day, Senior Days and Open House

-assist during New Student Orientation and Enrollment providing information about the K-State Student Union to new students

-represent students on Union in-house committees
